Set your clamp at 45 degrees. Insert your blade into the clamp. Slide blade across the left wheel slowly with very light pressure. Keep arms in the position shown and move fixture from right to left. Release pressure from wheel when the blade tip reaches the center of the wheel. Feel for the burr by sliding your finger towards the cutting edge. If you feel a burr STOP SHARPENING. Test for a burr after each pass on the left hand wheel. It will only take 1 - 2 passes if you have matched the anglecorrectly. If you do not have a burr, recheck the angle setting on the clamp.
